Crompton 242 Switchboard Ammeter – 48x48mm Panel Mount, Quad Scale M.I.

Description

Moving iron (M.I.) switchboard ammeter with 90-degree quadrant scale for direct panel mounting. The moving iron movement is robust and accurate, requires no external power supply, and reads true RMS on AC circuits. 48x48mm face (45x45mm panel cut-out). Each rating includes an overscale range for reading higher currents via CT. For CT-connected applications, fit the matching scale plate (sold separately) to display the primary current directly.

Note: For CT-connected installations, you will need the matching 242 ammeter scale plate to show the correct primary current reading. Scale plates are available for CT ratios from 40A to 3000A.

– 242-756G-1A: 1A, overscale 6A
– 242-756G-10A: 10A, overscale 60A
– 242-756G-15A: 15A, overscale 90A
